RIP Slugger and Katie
This is one of our rare serious posts;
Slugger (Mike Cooke, 60); sadly passed away at home. A popular member of the Thursday Boys golf group at Bishopswood Golf Club, Tadley, Slugger will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Always helpful, always smiling, truly great guy. Funeral at Basingstoke Crem, Wednesday June 24th at 13.15.
Katie Henderson (33); tragically killed in a car crash whilst on her way to compete in the Staffordshire 70.3 Ironman. Incredibly talented, world ranked triathlete, one of the best grandad has ever worked with. An inspiration to many who trained with her and those who coached her. Funeral at Reading Crem, Friday July 3rd at 14.30
Both of these guys will be missed beyond belief by everyone. Rest in Peace
Grandad and Nanna's sleepover.........
Well you'd have thought it, Grandad and Nanna are having a sleepover this weekend. Not a sleepover at their house but sleepover at our house. Mummy and daddy are going out on the pi.... mummy and daddy are going out for a quiet evening of sippy drinks and dougnuts and my two aging carers are coming to keep a close eye on us. Not so much of a sleepover, more a stay-a-wake over......
