Party Time again

Well finally I've managed to find time in my hectic schedule to add this weeks episode.....
Last weekend, mummy and daddy packed the car with enough stuff to keep a small army happy for e few days as we travelled over a thousand miles in the car to Wiltshire for a party. Dids and Kay have tied themselves together in a place where the sun shines for hours, the sea is a beautiful blue and where coconuts grow on trees and last weekend they untied themselves and had a party where lots of other people came to have fun.
When we got to the hotel, daddy got me out of the car and when I looked around I saw grandad!! What's he doing here I asked myself but as I didn't know the answer, I asked him instead. I ran to him faster than Usain Bolt with the squirts and we had a massive cuddle. We left mummy and daddy to sort out Baby Bear as I asked grandad where the party was - I am a big party animal. We went into the hotel and there were people from all over the world there and they all seemed to know me but I didn't know many of them. Grandad and me done some mingling as I eyed up the party totty and very impressed I was too.
A lot of the people there were froma big family called The Rellies and it seems that I'm part of this group: nanna, Ryan & Ella, John & Shash, Chrissie, Bev & Kayleigh, Ali, Paul & Rhys and then some more. Stuey & Paula with their two girls Livvy & Maisie, Michelle & Dave, Lisa & my fellow old mucker Cody, Lee & Ali with Dylan, Rosie and baby Ethan (they have no telly at home!). Grandad saw two people he didn't recognise - one a blossoming young lady and the other a fast growing young lad. It took him ages to realise they were Michelle & Dave's kids, Shona and Kane!! They were both little people when he last saw them and now they had grown into much bigger people. grandad said he was 'tickled pink' but he didn't really change colour at all. Uncle John's mum and dad were there too and grandad loved that because he really likes them. Dids and Kay haven't got any kids but now they are tied up, I'm sure it won't be long.
Anyway, enough of all that family stuff - where's the party?? There was a big flat floor where a man called DJ played some music on his massive wireless, there were flashing lights all over the place. The big flat floor was the ideal place for me to run around like a headless chicken, so I did. From 7.30 to 11pm, I ran around like Mo Farah who says on the telly advert "Eat and train, eat and train". Good, I've done the training, where's the eating??
Eggs from Scotland are now one of my favourites. They are similar to chicken eggs but have a big brown coat on them. Not sure what type of bird lays such an egg but I'm sure glad it does. They were brilliant. Kane kept me suitably supplied with these as we danced around outside. I made grandad chase me and on more than one occasion, he smacked his head on the hanging basket near the door. He done as much running as me but of course, he came second!!
The whole night was brilliant but alas, all my showbiz parties have to come to an end. I said goodbye to everyone at least once, some about four times - the pretty girls in the not much dresses. Grandad didn't mind coming with me to say goodbye to them. On the way home, Baby Bear decided he needed some dinner. Why, oh why can't he just have a simple burger from the services just to tide him over? Oh no, we had to stop why mummy fed him. Why can't daddy do it and let mummy get me home to bed? Eventually, after a pitstop that would make even the worst Grand Prix team look good, we carried on home.
It was a great weekend and because he had had enough of me Saturday night, grandad didn't want me over on Monday although we all know this isn't true.
Catch you next week with some not-so-delayed notes
